P E M S – Physical, Emotional, Mind and Soul
.
Dayle developed the P.E.M.S. practice to heal herself, and as her understanding has depended and expanded in how the body systems respond and connect to each other, she has been able to share her techniques with many clients over the years, helping them to regain their truth and power.
It is Dayle’s vision to share this information with as many people as possible, so that more people can make an informed choice.
The P.E.M.S. Healing Technique can help anyone with physical, emotional pain and soul healing who desires to uncover their truth and realise the potential power of self healing that lays dormant within. It is a very powerful and potentially infinite practice. The degree of self healing depends upon your commitment and desire.
Benefits of healing
Each time we connect to the fascia with consciousness and compassion – with the awareness to listen and help that moment of existence (soul or child) to come to the present – the fascia will soften. As we go back into the world we forget, and the body memory takes over again.
It isn’t until the soul returns and there are no more emotions experienced and total love is being felt, then we have relieved that moment of distress. We then feel whole and content, along with a release and feeling of liberation. With each conscious sitting, a person is more empowered. We begin to create a new picture – our neurons fire in our brain to encourage our cells to experience a new sense of energy.
Dayle has found that to address healing we must first understand that what we think and how we direct thought and intention has a dramatic effect on our body.
Connecting to a point in our body is very important if we want to make profound long lasting changes. This anchor point is in the pelvis, and from this point the whole body will respond when the individual accesses their being correctly, and with such awareness that the soul responds and returns to the present moment in the body.
The soul / inner wounded child
For the purpose of this process, we will call our unconscious emotions the soul/wounded inner child. All aspects of our soul / inner child (being fear, anxiety, anger, mistrust, rejection, grief, loss, shame, blame, guilt and judgement) – basically any emotions on the negative side of the scale.
Spiritual awareness
What do we know about spiritual awareness? Dayle believes we all have some concept of unconditional Love. Through conscious awareness of self love and acceptance retrieving your inner child, the fascia, the body opens, creating space for us to live more freely.
We begin to experience the ability to liberate ourselves from physical and emotional patterns of the pain body, holding ourselves with greater awareness, compassion and love, as we start to understand and own our physical or emotional pain, instead of pushing it away. We begin to see these fragmented parts of ourselves in their struggles to protect us, or to get us what it thinks we need. To embrace every emotion as an opportunity to embrace the self in a loving way.
