Some of the therapies Dayle draws upon include:

– P.E.M.S. (Physical Emotional Mind Soul Technique)

Dayle developed this practice to heal herself. As her understanding has depended and expanded in how the body systems respond and connect to each other, she has been able to share her techniques with many clients, helping them to regain their truth and power.

P.E.M.S will help anyone with physical, emotional pain and soul healing, for those who desire to uncover their truth and realise the potential power of self healing that lays dormant within. P.E.M.S is a very powerful and potentially infinite practice. The degree of self healing depends upon your commitment and desire. More information about P.E.M.S. is located here.

– Craniosacral Therapy

Working with the central nervous system’s rhythmic motion, Cranio-Sacral Therapy helps to facilitate the body’s innate natural ability to unwind from its restrictive tension, injuries, pain and any unknown reasons. It can be likened to defragmenting your computer, hence finding a more freer, more relaxed way in which to move – giving you a sense of freedom. This therapy is non-invasive and is great for all ages. It speeds recovery from acute injury and pre-operative and post-operative care. Loose comfortable clothes should be worn.

– Deep Tissue Bodywork

This involves working together to create a safe environment for release at a deep level. Your willingness and authority is a major factor in the process. The connective tissue is placed under pressure to assist you in releasing the area, with small movements to assist in the release. This is a deeply relaxing process using techniques that help you release acute / chronic pain, whilst staying within your comfort zone, helping you to let go and relax. It is combined with education on movement and stretches to help support you on your healing journey.

– Remedial Massage

Dayle uses techniques to help you release acute or chronic pain and restrictions. it is combined with education in movement and stretches to help support you on your healing journey. It is important to stay within your comfort zone, to let go and relax.

– Structural Balancing

Structural Balancing is a series of 10 sessions. It supports you in the transformation of your entire being, assisting you to move more freely with a balanced, graceful and healthier body. Release chronic restrictive fascia set up through habitual patterning, working deeply into the fascial membrane. It is a combination of applied pressure and synchronised movement. The client’s full participation is essential; the therapy is very rewarding.

– Lymphatic Drainage

Lymphatic Drainage is a very light rhythmic circular motion used to shunt the fluid through the lymphatic system, which assists people post-operative, for detoxifying and draining the lymphatic system. No oil is used. Very relaxing.

– Tantsu and Watsu

A Tantsu session includes whole body holding, passive stretching, shiatsu pressure, massage techniques, contact of the energetic body, spontaneous movement and non-verbal communication. It is an opportunity to relax into non-sexual, safe intimate contact.

Watsu is a form of aquatic bodywork used for deep relaxation and passive aquatic therapy. It is characterised by one-on-one sessions in which the client is gently cradled, moved, stretched and massaged in chest-deep warm water.

– Relaxation Massage

Relaxation is different for everyone, and the type of massage and the products used are tailored to suit your needs. This could mean using cream not oil, having a foot bath and a cup of tea. The techniques used may be broad strokes using forearms and palms of hand, fingers or elbows. You are also able to select your type of music, and the temperature of the treatment room.

– Hot Rock Massage

This is a wonderful massage, especially in the cooler months. Warm oil and hot rocks are used to massage your body to release tension, and then placed to stimulate your body’s healing process. It also helps create collagen fibres. Melt away stress! Remedial work can also be done using a hot rock to work into any tight or restricted areas.

– Reiki

Reiki is a beautiful way to start your healing process. It is non-invasive. Dayle simply lays her hands on you, opening to the universal field of love and compassion. You are fully clothed and kept warm with blankets. Reiki is a wonderful way to relax and be nurtured.
